Ukraine National Parks feature a diverse network of protected areas, with 55 designated across the country. These parks protect a wide range of ecosystems, from vast wetlands and ancient forests to rugged mountain landscapes and coastal reserves along the Black Sea. The combination of wetlands, forests, and crystal-clear lakes makes it a paradise for ecotourism, with opportunities for kayaking, fishing, and camping. The unique hydrological conditions of the park contribute to its rich biodiversity, including rare plant species.

Tuzly Lagoons National Park in southern Ukraine is a crucial wetland area along the Black Sea, supporting vast populations of waterfowl and marine life. The park’s lagoons provide vital breeding grounds for endangered bird species, including the Dalmatian pelican and Pallas’s gull. It is also a key stopover for migrating birds traveling between Europe and Africa. Meotyda National Park, located in eastern Ukraine, showcases the steppe and coastal ecosystems of the Azov Sea region.
